The ISCAR 3202640 is a SumoCham-series replaceable-tip drill designed for precision holemaking in metalworking and machining applications. The body accepts interchangeable drill-tip inserts, eliminating the need to replace the entire drill body when the cutting edge wears. The drill covers a diameter range of 0.63 to 0.665 inches, reaches a maximum depth of 3.15 inches, and features a straight-cylindrical shank with a 0.75-inch diameter. Through-coolant capability supports chip evacuation and extended tool life at higher cutting parameters. A licensed machinist or toolroom technician installs and operates this tool in CNC machining centers or similar equipment.
