The ISCAR 3202598 is a SumoCham-series replaceable-tip drill designed for precision holemaking in metal-cutting applications. The DCN-style toolholder body accepts interchangeable drill-tip inserts, eliminating the need to replace the entire drill body when the cutting edge wears. The drill covers a diameter range of 0.866 to 0.902 inches, reaches a maximum drill depth of 6.93 inches, and delivers an 8xD depth-to-diameter ratio. Through-coolant capability feeds cutting fluid directly to the tip, supporting chip evacuation and thermal control at depth. Shank diameter is 1 inch with a Weldon flat drive flat configuration for positive rotational engagement in the spindle. Licensed machinists and CNC operators are the primary installers.
