The ISCAR 3105783 is an indexable square-shoulder face mill designed for high-speed milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. Built on the Helialu platform, this cutter accepts HSM90S APCR 1405 style inserts and accommodates three inserts secured by screw clamping. It produces a true 90-degree shoulder angle, making it well-suited for step milling, shoulder milling, and face milling passes where perpendicular walls are required. With a 2-inch maximum cutting diameter and a 0.4-inch maximum depth of cut, it handles medium-stock-removal applications. Through-coolant capability supports chip evacuation and tool life in demanding cuts. The cutter stands 2.24 inches tall and mounts via a 3/4-inch arbor hole.

This face mill is intended for use on vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and CNC milling machines capable of driving a 3/4-inch arbor.
