The ISCAR 2850059 is an internal right-hand indexable grooving toolholder designed for precision internal groove cutting on CNC lathes and turning centers. Part of the Top Grip series, it accepts TGMF inserts and accommodates groove widths from 0.157 inches to 0.197 inches with a maximum depth of cut of 0.33 inches. The toolholder features a 1-inch diameter shank and through-coolant capability, making it suitable for demanding internal grooving operations where chip evacuation and thermal control are critical. Machinists and CNC operators working in production or job-shop environments will find this holder well suited for both interrupted and continuous internal grooving applications.

This toolholder is used for internal non-face grooving operations on workpieces with a minimum bore diameter of 1.28 inches.
