The ISCAR 2300318 is a double-end, right-hand indexable cutoff blade designed for grooving, parting, and turning operations on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to the SGFFH blade style, it uses the Self Grip insert holding method, which clamps GFF-N series inserts mechanically without screws for fast, secure insert changes. The blade stands 32 mm (1.26 inches) high, measures 5.2 mm (0.20 inches) wide, and has an overall length of 150 mm (5.91 inches). The 4 mm insert width supports precise, narrow cuts. Licensed machinists and CNC turning specialists are the primary installers and users of this tooling.

This blade is suited for grooving, parting off, and profiling operations in production turning environments, both job-shop and high-volume manufacturing. It handles workpiece diameters from 3.15 inches minimum up to 6.10 inches maximum, with a maximum depth of cut of 30 mm (1.18 inches).
