The ISCAR 2300312 is a double-end, right-hand indexable cutoff and grooving blade designed for use on CNC lathes and turning centers. Built to the SGFFH blade style, it accepts GFF-N series inserts held in place by a Self Grip clamping method, eliminating the need for clamping screws and enabling fast insert indexing. The blade measures 32 mm high, 5.2 mm wide, and 150 mm in overall length. It is compatible with 3 mm wide inserts and allows a maximum depth of cut of 20 mm. This toolholder blade is specified and installed by machinists and CNC tooling technicians in production turning environments.

This blade is suited for grooving, parting, and turning operations on workpieces ranging from approximately 2.56 inches minimum to 3.62 inches maximum diameter. The double-end configuration allows the blade to be flipped and reused when one end reaches the end of its service life, extending tool life and reducing tooling cost per operation.
