The IDEAL 85-950 insulation displacement connector is a UY-I butt splice traditionally used in landline telephone applications. These IDC connectors can splice, tap, or repair damaged low voltage conductors in voice and data applications without stripping wires before crimping. Designed for solid copper single-conductor wire, 22-26 AWG.
