The HYDRO-RAIN PVCL-BVL-TOOL is designed to bevel the edge of PVC pipe for easy insertion into PVC-Lock fittings. It quickly cleans up edges of PVC pipe for smooth, debris-free insertion, assuring the fullest seal between pipe and fitting. Works with both 3/4 and 1 PVC pipe.
