I received the Actuator in fine condition and timely, it is great quality, but did not realize that it did not come with a mounting platform or coupling, and I did not therefore order them when buying the actuator. Since it replaced the former design and model, I assumed this would come with enough to just swap it out. My coupling is mounted externally on the damper shaft also, so maybe the standard mounting platform wouldn't have worked anyway. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
