The HILLMAN FASTENERS 375294 is a 1/4 inch x 1-3/4 inch hex washer head tapper concrete screw anchor designed for direct fastening into concrete, masonry, and block without the need for an expansion insert. Each anchor features a Blue Perma-Seal corrosion-resistant coating and provides an embedment depth of 1-1/4 inches. At 4,000 psi concrete, the anchor delivers an ultimate tension load of 1,540 lb and an ultimate shear load of 2,150 lb. The pack of 100 includes a drill bit for installation. These anchors are installed by licensed contractors, general tradespeople, and experienced maintenance technicians working on structural and mechanical attachment applications.
These concrete screw anchors are suited for residential and commercial applications where a reliable threaded fastener is needed directly into cured concrete or masonry substrates. Typical uses include securing equipment bases, conduit straps, brackets, sill plates, and mechanical supports to concrete floors, walls, and foundations. The included bit allows for immediate use without sourcing a separate drill accessory. The hex washer head style is compatible with standard hex driver attachments and impact drivers commonly used in the field.
Designed for direct installation into concrete, masonry, and block substrates. Suitable for use wherever a 1/4 inch diameter concrete screw anchor with hex washer head drive is specified.
Installation is performed by contractors, electricians, plumbers, or mechanical tradespeople attaching equipment or structural components to concrete or masonry. Drill the correct diameter pilot hole to the required depth before driving the anchor — do not attempt to install without a pre-drilled hole. Follow applicable building codes and anchor manufacturer load tables when determining fastener placement and spacing for structural applications. Concrete must be fully cured prior to installation to achieve rated load values.
