The HEXARMOR 4014-m (8) is a rescue and extrication glove designed for firefighters and emergency responders performing vehicle extrication and rescue operations. Built with a PMP and synthetic fabric palm, this glove delivers a balance of cut resistance, puncture resistance, and abrasion resistance without sacrificing the dexterity needed to operate tools and manage patients in high-stress environments. The glove carries an ANSI/ISEA rating for contact heat protection, making it suitable for exposure to the thermal hazards common at accident scenes and structural incidents.
This glove is intended for use by firefighters, technical rescue teams, and emergency medical personnel during vehicle extrication, confined space rescue, and similar emergency response operations. It is suited for residential and municipal fire departments as well as industrial rescue teams. The medium size fits a range of hand sizes appropriate to that designation. The high-visibility green and red color accents improve identification in low-light or chaotic environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-issue extrication glove for firefighter and emergency responder hand protection programs requiring ANSI/ISEA contact heat compliance.
Inspection and replacement of personal protective equipment gloves should be performed by a qualified safety officer or the end user per department PPE protocols. Before placing gloves into service, inspect for defects, tears, or compromised seams. Follow applicable NFPA guidelines and department SOGs for glove selection, inspection intervals, and retirement criteria. Do not use gloves that show signs of thermal damage, cuts, or delamination.
