Hestan 023732 Gas Conversion Kit Krg Krd Krt

Product Description

The HESTAN 023732 is a gas conversion kit designed for use with HESTAN KRG, KRD, and KRT series appliances. Conversion kits allow a gas appliance to switch between natural gas and liquid propane (LP) fuel types by supplying the correct orifices, valves, or regulators needed to match the new fuel source. This kit is installed by a licensed gas technician or qualified service professional as part of a planned fuel-type changeover on compatible HESTAN series units.

This kit applies to HESTAN KRG, KRD, and KRT series gas appliances. It is intended for use in residential or light-commercial installations where a fuel-type change is required, such as when a unit is moved to a site served by a different gas supply. Installation must follow local gas codes and the appliance manufacturer's conversion instructions. Only technicians authorized to work on gas equipment should perform this conversion.

Installation Notes

Gas conversion work must be performed by a licensed gas technician in accordance with IFGC requirements and all applicable local codes. Shut off the gas supply at the service valve and verify zero pressure before disassembling any gas components. Follow the HESTAN-provided conversion instructions included with this kit exactly, as orifice sizing and regulator settings are fuel-specific. Do not attempt to reuse original orifices or components when converting fuel types.
