The HERTEL E2020032 is a cobalt ball end mill designed for milling operations that require a radiused cutting profile on the end of the tool. The 4-flute, single-end configuration with a 30-degree helix angle supports efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. At 0.5 inches in diameter with a 1.25-inch length of cut, this tool is well-suited for profiling, contouring, and slotting passes where a ball-nose geometry is required. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard. The tool arrives uncoated with no variable helix or variable index.
