The HERTEL 750475 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built from micrograin solid carbide and coated with an AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) finish, it handles elevated cutting temperatures and abrasive workpieces. The 30-degree spiral helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. With a 1 inch cutting diameter, 2.25 inch length of cut, and 5 inch overall length, this is a long-length configuration suited to deep-pocket and extended-reach milling applications. Installation and operation are handled by machinists and CNC programmers running vertical or horizontal machining centers.

This end mill is used in production and job-shop environments where deep pockets, slots, or side-milling operations require extended reach beyond what standard-length tooling provides.
