The insert carries a multi-layer CVD coating of TiC, TiCN, and TiN under manufacturer grade HC335, which improves wear resistance and heat tolerance during interrupted and continuous cuts. The inscribed circle measures 3/8 inch (0.375 inches), insert length is 0.433 inches, and thickness is 1/8 inch (0.125 inches). The corner radius is 1/64 inch (0.0156 inches).
