It features a 60-degree triangular shape, a 3/8-inch inscribed circle, and a 3/64-inch corner radius. The insert is neutral hand, meaning it is compatible with both right-hand and left-hand toolholders that accept the TPG seat configuration. This is part of the KENDEX series and is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of 10 units.

This insert is suited for turning applications on a range of workpiece materials including stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and high-temperature alloys, corresponding to ISO material groups M, N, and S, with secondary suitability for cast materials in group K.
