The HERTEL 1000334 is a solid carbide turning insert in SCMT style, grade HC210, with a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating applied via PVD process. It features a 90-degree square insert shape with a neutral hand orientation and a positive rake geometry. The inscribed circle measures 3/8 inches (0.3750 inches), the corner radius is 1/32 inches (0.0312 inches), and the insert thickness is 5/32 inches (0.1563 inches). Held in place by a screw-on clamping method, this insert is suited for precision turning operations on CNC lathes and manual turning centers. Installation Notes
