The HERTEL 1000019 is a right-hand, neutral-rake SCLC-style indexable turning toolholder designed for precision external turning operations on CNC and manual lathes. Built from steel with a 1 inch by 1 inch square shank and an overall length of 6 inches, it accepts CC..32.5. series inserts secured by a screw-clamp holding method. The 5-degree lead angle and neutral rake geometry make this toolholder suitable for straight turning and facing passes where consistent chip control and insert seating are critical. This toolholder is intended for external turning applications on ferrous and non-ferrous workpieces in both production and maintenance machining environments.
