The HARVEY TOOL 972308-C3 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, a 3/8 inch length of cut, and four flutes with a 30-degree helix angle. The AlTiN coating extends tool life when cutting hardened steels, stainless steels, and high-temperature alloys. At 2 inches overall length with a 1 inch reach, this end mill is built for extended-reach applications where standard-length tooling cannot access the workpart geometry. Centercutting capability allows for plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual knee mills running ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional spindle rotation. The 1/8 inch shank diameter fits common ER and other collet systems in that bore size.
