The GWS 314602 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metal, composite, and non-ferrous materials. It features a 1/4-inch cutting diameter, a 1-inch length of cut, and a 2-1/2-inch overall length, making it well-suited for slot milling, profiling, and finishing passes where tight tolerances are required. The ZrN (zirconium nitride) coating improves surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in demanding applications. Three flutes with a 37-degree helix angle and upcut flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. The centercutting design allows plunge entry directly into the workpiece.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers, manual mills, and production environments where consistent dimensional accuracy is needed.
