I bought item and purchased it with overnight shipping, but after 2-4 days waiting, nothing has been shipped yet. I called to cancel and get refund and they said the items were already shipped, I have to wait until it has been shipped and return later! The first also last time with this shop and service! Just aware of this company if you guys want to buy something for here

The only response I got back was, we are sorry the website had the wrong description was incorrect. We will be happy to do a return for you. If you know anything about A/C and the weather in Virginia. After waiting a week to get the kit even if you don't get what you were supposed to you get the pieces your missing and 8nstall it anyway. So your half harted response is worthless, because I'm not going to Uninstaller the parts just to send them back to get a refund.
