The GIBRALTAR BE-1014 is a die mold ejector blade designed for use in injection mold tooling and die casting applications. Ejector blades are thin, flat-profile components that push molded parts free from the mold cavity at the end of each cycle. The BE-1014 measures 0.046 inches thick and 0.234 inches wide, with an overall height of 6.5 inches. Its narrow blade geometry makes it well-suited for ejecting parts with slots, ribs, or tight-clearance features where a round ejector pin would not fit. Mold makers and toolroom technicians are the primary installers of this component.
This ejector blade is used in production injection molds and die casting tooling across residential and industrial manufacturing environments. It is a direct replacement or spare component for tooling that requires a blade-style ejector in place of standard round pins. The 0.046-inch thickness and 0.234-inch width suit applications where fine slot ejection is required. Package quantity is 1 blade per unit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement ejector blade for standard die mold and injection mold tooling bases requiring a 0.046-inch by 0.234-inch blade-profile ejector component.
Installation is performed by a qualified mold maker or toolroom technician. The mold must be fully de-energized, cooled, and removed from the press before ejector plate disassembly begins. Blade slot dimensions in the ejector retainer plate and mold cavity should be verified against the blade profile before installation to ensure proper fit and clearance. Do not force the blade into an undersized pocket, as this can cause blade fracture or mold damage.
