The FERNCO 1056-32 is a flexible PVC reducer coupling designed to connect 3-inch pipe to 2-inch pipe across dissimilar pipe materials, including cast iron and plastic. The elastomeric sleeve compresses against both pipe ends when the stainless steel clamps are tightened, creating a leak-proof mechanical seal without solvent cement or special tools.
