The ERICKSON 6801 is a 10mm bungee cord measuring 13 inches in length, designed for securing, bundling, and organizing tasks in trade and field environments. The cord features vinyl-coated hooks that protect cargo surfaces from scratches and abrasion during use. A polypropylene outer sleeve covers the internal rubber strands, shielding them from UV exposure, moisture, and general wear. The cord can safely stretch up to 1.5 times its original length, giving it flexibility across a wide range of load sizes. At 0.255 pounds, it is lightweight enough to carry in bulk on any service vehicle or job site toolbox.
The ERICKSON 6801 is suited for general trade use including securing tarps over equipment, bundling hoses, organizing cables, and fastening loads on trailers or service vehicles. The hook profile is sized to fit into tight spaces and connect to a variety of anchor points, making it practical across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool service applications where technicians need a reliable, quick-connect securing solution in the field.
General-purpose bungee cord suitable for use with standard anchor points, trailer rails, rack hooks, and cargo tie-down loops found across trade service vehicles and job site equipment.
No tools are required to attach or remove bungee cords. Inspect hooks and cord body for cracks, fraying, or deformation before each use and replace any damaged cord immediately. Do not exceed the rated stretch length of 1.5 times the cord's original length, as overstretching can cause hook failure or cord snap-back. Keep cords stored away from prolonged direct sunlight when not in use to extend service life.
