The ELECTRO HARDWARE 1311M09F16256 is a male-female hex circuit board standoff designed to create fixed spacing between stacked PCBs or between a PCB and a mounting surface. It features a 2-56 thread on both the male and female ends, a hexagonal body measuring 3/16 inches across the flats, and an overall body length of 7/16 inches (0.4375 inches). Manufactured from 303 stainless steel with a passivated finish per QQ-S-763, this standoff resists corrosion and maintains dimensional stability in demanding environments. Electronics assembly technicians and field service technicians install these in control boards, industrial enclosures, and HVAC equipment circuit assemblies.
This standoff is suited for use in printed circuit board assemblies requiring a 2-56 threaded fastening system with precise board-to-board or board-to-panel separation. Do not over-torque the male thread into the mating board or panel, as 2-56 threads in PCB brass inserts or thin panels can strip under excess force.
