The EKLIND 15624 is a long-arm L-shaped hex key designed for fastening and loosening socket head cap screws, set screws, and similar hex-drive fasteners. Sized at 12mm, it is precision formed to exact dimensional tolerances and manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel for durability under load. The long-arm design provides extended reach into recessed cavities and increases torque leverage compared to standard-length keys. This tool is used by HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and mechanical contractors wherever hex-drive fasteners appear in equipment assembly or field service.
The 15624 is suited for professional trade use in both installation and maintenance applications. The 12mm size fits larger hex-drive fasteners commonly found in commercial HVAC equipment, pump assemblies, pipe flanges, and electrical enclosures. The L-shape configuration allows the technician to switch between the short arm for speed and the long arm for reach or torque as the job requires.
Designed for use with 12mm socket head cap screws, set screws, and hex-drive fasteners in trade and industrial applications.
No power source is required for use. Ensure the key seats fully into the fastener socket before applying torque to avoid rounding the drive. Inspect the hex key for wear or deformation before use on critical fasteners. Use the short arm for driving speed and the long arm for torque or deep-reach access.
