The EATON 4629X4 is a round cross-section O-ring used to create static or dynamic fluid and gas seals in hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing assemblies. Manufactured from Buna-N (nitrile butadiene rubber), it delivers reliable resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels, and common hydraulic fluids. The part measures 0.301 inches inside diameter, 0.441 inches outside diameter, and 0.07 inches thick. Its black color and round cross-section profile are consistent with standard O-ring groove designs. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial service technicians use this seal in valve bodies, fittings, pumps, and similar components where a positive fluid-tight seal is required.
This O-ring is suited for residential and light commercial applications where nitrile rubber provides adequate chemical and temperature performance. It is commonly installed in valve stems, union connections, pump housings, and threaded fittings across plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-handling systems. The compact dimensions make it appropriate for smaller-bore fittings and precision seal grooves. It is sold individually but subject to a minimum order quantity of 25 units per order.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement seal for valves, fittings, pumps, and fluid-handling components requiring a round cross-section nitrile O-ring with 0.301 inches ID and 0.441 inches OD.
Licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians should shut off fluid supply and depressurize the system before replacing any O-ring. Clean the seal groove thoroughly and inspect for nicks or corrosion before seating the new ring. A light coating of compatible lubricant aids installation and helps prevent tearing. Follow applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines for the system type being serviced.
