The CRATEX 604 XF is a rubber-bonded silicon carbide surface grinding wheel rated for use at up to 3600 RPM. Measuring 6 inches in diameter, 0.25 inches thick, and bored to a 0.5 inch arbor hole, this extra fine grade wheel is engineered for controlled material removal and finishing on metal surfaces. The rubber bond provides a degree of flexibility that results in a smoother surface finish compared to vitrified wheels, making it well-suited for fine surface conditioning tasks where finish quality matters.

This wheel is designed for use in surface grinding, deburring, polishing, and finishing operations.
