The CLEVELAND STEEL TOOL 21910 is a round ironworker punch designed for use in hydraulic ironworker machines across fabrication and metalworking applications. With a punch diameter of 0.3125 inches, a body diameter of 1.0625 inches, and a head diameter of 1.219 inches, this punch delivers clean, precise round holes in structural steel, plate, and flat bar stock. Overall length is 2.125 inches. It is sized and profiled for direct use in production ironworker setups and is handled by metal fabricators, ironworkers, and steel contractors who rely on consistent punch geometry for high-cycle punching work.
This punch is suited for light to medium fabrication shops running hydraulic or mechanical ironworker machines. Its round profile makes it a go-to for conduit knockouts, bolt clearance holes, and general structural fabrication tasks. The 21910 is confirmed compatible with a wide range of ironworker brands commonly found in production and job-shop environments, making it a practical stocking punch for shops running mixed-brand equipment.
Compatible with the following ironworker machine brands: Clausing/Metal Muncher, Cleveland Steel Tool, Davco (Bully), Durma, Edwards, Ficep, Geka, Hawthorne, HMI (Hydraulic Machines Inc.), Piranha, and Pittsburgh.
Installation is performed by metal fabricators or ironworker operators familiar with punch-and-die tooling. Always de-energize and lock out the ironworker before changing punches or dies per applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Verify that the punch diameter and body diameter match the die and holder station on the machine before operation. Do not use a punch that shows visible cracking, chipping, or deformation at the tip.
