The Charlotte Pipe Foundry PVC 00428 1200HA is a 4-inch double Schedule 40 sanitary tee fitting with an all-hub configuration, manufactured from PVC for use in drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping systems. This double sanitary tee accepts two branch inlets on opposing sides of the run, allowing two fixtures to tie into a single drain line at the same elevation. The all-hub end connections accept solvent-welded PVC pipe on all openings. Licensed plumbers install this fitting in residential and light commercial DWV rough-in work where back-to-back fixture connections are required.

This fitting is used in Schedule 40 PVC DWV systems for gravity-flow drain and waste applications. Typical installations include back-to-back sink configurations, double-sided wet wall assemblies, and multi-fixture drain consolidation in residential bathrooms, kitchens, and commercial restrooms.
