    Defective product - Non Existent customer support from VOOMI Supply.

    Voomi Supply sent a defective product and now refuses to provide support. They are a truly despicable company. They are very prompt to take your money, even for products that arrive in an unusable condition. The return policy is a joke. Once the box is opened, it can not be returned but one cannot determine the product is defective without opening the box. BE WARNED; these people are pirates and cannot be trusted to conduct business in reasonable manner.
