The CARMEX 16IRAG60BMA is a solid carbide laydown threading insert designed for internal partial-profile 60-degree thread forms. It carries a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process, delivering extended tool life across a wide range of workpiece materials. The insert measures 0.375 inches inscribed circle diameter and 0.146 inches thick, with a 0.002-inch corner radius. It covers a threading range of 48 to 8 TPI (0.50 to 3.00 mm pitch) in a right-hand cutting configuration. This insert is suited for machinists and CNC lathe operators performing internal threading operations in production or job-shop environments.

The 16IRAG60BMA is intended for internal threading on CNC turning centers and lathes.
