The CALEFFI 548068A hydraulic separator creates a zone with a low pressure loss, enabling connected primary and secondary circuits to be hydraulically independent. Hydraulically decoupling primary and secondary circuits eliminates pump conflict. It includes an automatic high-capacity air vent with service valve to discharge accumulated air within the circuits. Complete with drain valve, thermowell tap, and mounting bracket.
