The BOSTON GEAR 08052 is a flexible 3-jaw coupling insert designed for use in mechanical drive systems where vibration damping and minor misalignment compensation are required. Made from polyurethane, this insert fits within the FC series jaw coupling assembly and transmits torque between two hubs. It handles up to 250 inch-pounds of torque and fits a minimum bore diameter of 0.5 inches. The outside diameter measures 1.5 inches, placing it in the FC15 size class. Mechanical technicians and industrial maintenance professionals install this insert as part of a complete coupling assembly connecting shafts on pumps, compressors, conveyors, and similar rotating equipment.

This insert is used in light to medium-duty power transmission applications across commercial and industrial settings.
