Built to industry code SF, it features an inside diameter of 0.377 inches with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, ensuring accurate and repeatable hole placement. The body outside diameter measures 0.75 inches and the length under the head is 0.375 inches. Constructed from steel hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing delivers the wear resistance required for production drilling operations. Use the LS-1 compatible lock screw to lock the bushing in position during the drilling cycle and remove it before pulling the bushing for tool changes. Do not force the bushing into an undersized liner bore.
