The BONEHAM SP00008765 is a slip-fixed (SF) type drill bushing designed for precision tooling applications in machining and metalworking operations. Manufactured from steel with a hardness rating of 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing provides accurate drill guidance and long service life under repeated use. It features a 19/64-inch inside diameter with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a 3/4-inch body outside diameter, and a 3/8-inch length under the head. The renewable design allows the bushing to be removed and replaced without disturbing the liner bushing, reducing downtime on production jigs and fixtures. Installation and removal are handled by machinists and tooling technicians.
This slip-fixed bushing is suited for use in drill jigs, fixture plates, and tooling applications where repeatable hole location accuracy is required. The SF industry code indicates compatibility with standard jig bushing systems. With a head outside diameter of 1-3/64 inches and a 1/4-inch head height, the part seats flush and locks securely. It is compatible with LS-1 lock screws for positive retention during drilling operations. Typical applications include production machining environments in industrial, aerospace, and general manufacturing settings where precision and consistency are critical.
Compatible with LS-1 lock screws. Designed as an ANSI-standard SF-type slip-fixed drill bushing for use in standard liner bushing systems on drill jigs and tooling fixtures.
Installation and removal should be performed by a qualified machinist or tooling technician. Ensure the liner bushing is clean and free of debris before inserting the slip-fixed bushing. Secure with an LS-1 compatible lock screw to prevent rotation or pullout during drilling. Do not force or drive the bushing into the liner with impact tools, as this can damage the precision bore.
