Constructed from steel, this renewable bushing is held in position by a lock screw rather than a press fit, which allows removal and replacement without disturbing the jig plate. The inside diameter is sized to letter T with a close tolerance of plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0005 inches, ensuring accurate drill guidance across repeated setups. Machinists and toolroom technicians install this bushing when a fixed location point with periodic bushing changeout is required.

This bushing fits applications where a slip-fixed style SF bushing is specified in the jig design.
