The BONEHAM SFT366IU is a slip-fixed renewable drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. Built to ANSI standards, it features a 21/64 inch inside diameter with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a 9/16 inch body outside diameter, and a 3/8 inch length under the head. Manufactured from steel hardened to 60-65 HRC, this bushing delivers consistent bore guidance and extended service life in production drilling, reaming, and similar operations. Installation and removal require no press fit, making tool changes efficient in high-volume or multi-operation fixtures. A lock screw compatible with the LS-TW-2 fastener secures the bushing in the liner during use.
This bushing is suited for use in drill jigs, modular fixturing systems, and production tooling setups found in machining, metalworking, and manufacturing environments. The slip-fixed design allows the bushing to be replaced without disturbing the press-fit liner bushing installed in the jig plate, reducing downtime when switching between operations or replacing worn bushings. It is a standard choice for tooling engineers and machinist trade professionals setting up multi-hole or multi-operation jig assemblies.
Designed for use with LS-TW-2 compatible lock screws and standard ANSI liner bushings in drill jig and fixture applications. Renewable slip-fixed design is interchangeable within ANSI-standard liner bushing systems.
Installation is performed by machinist or tooling personnel as part of jig setup or bushing replacement. The bushing slips into a press-fit liner already installed in the jig plate and is locked in place using an LS-TW-2 lock screw. Ensure the liner bore and bushing body are free of chips and debris before seating. Always de-energize machine tools and secure the fixture before servicing bushings in production jigs.
