Hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, the steel construction resists wear under repeated tool passes. A flanged head with a 1-27/64-inch outside diameter and 3/8-inch height retains the bushing in the jig plate, while LS-2 lock screw compatibility secures it against rotation during use.
