The 0.625 inch inside diameter accepts standard tooling, while the 1 inch body outside diameter seats securely in a liner bushing. Inside diameter tolerance is held to a tight +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, making it suitable for close-tolerance work. The head style allows positive positioning against the jig plate surface.
