The BONEHAM SF3222GK is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. Carrying industry code SF, this bushing features a 0.209 inch inside diameter (wire size No. 4), a 0.5 inch body outside diameter, and a 1.375 inch length under head. Manufactured from steel, it delivers the hardness and wear resistance required for repetitive drilling, reaming, and boring operations on production tooling. The head-type design and LS-1 compatible lock screw interface keep the bushing securely seated during use.
This bushing is suited for metalworking, machining, and manufacturing environments where renewable drill jig bushings are required. The slip-fixed configuration allows for tool changes while the lock screw holds the bushing in position during the machining cycle. It is a direct-fit renewable bushing intended for use in standard liner bushings installed in drill jigs and fixtures. Machinists, tool and die makers, and fixture builders are the primary installers of this component.
Designed as a renewable slip-fixed drill jig bushing compatible with LS-1 lock screws and standard SF-series liner bushings used in drill jig and fixture assemblies.
Installation is performed by machinists or tool and die makers during jig setup or bushing replacement. Ensure the mating liner bushing is clean and free of chips or burrs before inserting the SF3222GK. Secure the bushing with an LS-1 compatible lock screw to prevent rotation during the machining cycle. Always remove cutting tools and de-energize machine spindles before servicing jig components.
