The BONEHAM PT3610IR is a press fit headless drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision during drilling, reaming, and boring operations. Manufactured from steel with a hardness rating of 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing delivers consistent tool guidance and wear resistance in jig and fixture applications. It features a 0.323 inch inside diameter, a 9/16 inch body outside diameter, and a 5/8 inch overall length. The headless profile seats flush within the jig plate, making it well suited for close-tolerance work where a protruding head would interfere with workpiece clearance or fixture setup.

This bushing is used in metal fabrication, machining, and toolroom environments where repeatable hole location is required. Press fit installation means no liner bushing or locking mechanism is needed — the bushing is driven directly into the jig plate bore and held in place by interference fit. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by machinists or toolmakers using an arbor press or hydraulic press to seat the bushing into a precision-bored jig plate hole. Do not hammer the bushing directly without a press block or driver, as this can damage the bore or deform the bushing.
