The BONEHAM PT126CJ is a press fit headless drill bushing designed to guide drill bits with precision in jig and fixture applications. With an inside diameter of 0.081 inches (wire gauge No. 46) and a body outside diameter of 3/16 inches, this bushing provides accurate, repeatable hole location during drilling operations. Constructed from hardened steel with a surface hardness of 60 to 65 HRC, it resists wear under continuous production use. The headless design sits flush with the jig plate surface, keeping the drill path clear and unobstructed. Machinists, tool and die makers, and fixture builders are the primary installers of this component.

This bushing is suited for use in drill jigs and production fixtures where consistent hole location is required across multiple workpieces. Installation Notes
