With a 0.5-inch inside diameter and a 1-inch outside diameter, this bushing presses directly into a jig plate without a locking collar or head flange. The inside diameter holds a tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, ensuring consistent tool guidance and hole location accuracy. Hardness runs 60 to 65 HRC, providing long service life under high-cycle drilling conditions. Machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders are the primary installers of this component.
This bushing is suited for use in drill jigs and fixture plates in both production machining and precision fabrication environments.
