The BONEHAM P6412NC is a press fit headless drill bushing manufactured from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC for long service life under repeated drilling operations. The bushing features a 0.75 inch inside diameter with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a 1 inch outside diameter, and a 0.75 inch overall length. Classified under Industry Code P, it is designed to guide drill bits with precision and resist wear in production and tooling applications. The headless design allows it to sit flush within a jig plate without a protruding flange.

This drill bushing is suited for use in drill jigs and fixture plates in production machining environments.
