This type P bushing installs without a head, sitting flush with or below the jig plate surface. It features a 5/8-inch inside diameter, a 7/8-inch body outside diameter, and a 1/2-inch overall length. Hardness runs 60 to 65 HRC, providing the wear resistance required for high-cycle drilling operations. The inside diameter tolerance is held to a tight plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0005 inches, ensuring consistent hole location across repeated setups.

This bushing is suited for machining and metalworking environments where repeatable hole placement is critical.
