The BONEHAM P206FT is a Type P press fit headless drill bushing machined from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC. It is designed to guide drill bits and other cutting tools with precision during repetitive drilling operations on jig fixtures. The bushing measures 3/16 inches inside diameter, 5/16 inches outside diameter, and 3/8 inches overall length. It is installed without a head or flange, seating flush within the jig plate. Machinists and toolmakers rely on this style of bushing where a low-profile, permanent guide insert is required and where tool alignment consistency directly affects hole location accuracy.

Installation Notes
