The inside diameter is 0.147 inches with a tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches, and the body outside diameter is 5/16 inches. Overall bushing length is also 5/16 inches. It is installed via press fit and carries no head, allowing flush or subsurface seating in the jig plate. Machinists and toolmakers are the primary installers.

Installation Notes
