The BONEHAM LT405XKQ is a headless L-type drill bushing liner designed to provide a precise, renewable guide bore in jig plates and fixture bodies. The 5/16 inch liner length suits standard jig plate thicknesses used in production drilling operations. Manufactured from alloy steel and hardened to 60-65 HRC, it delivers wear resistance suited to high-cycle drilling environments. Installation is accomplished by press fit into a prepared bore.
