The BONEHAM L648NC is a headless liner-type drill bushing designed for use in jig plate assemblies where a renewable bushing must be swapped out without disturbing the liner itself. The L648NC features a 3/4-inch inside diameter, a 1-inch body outside diameter, and a 1/2-inch liner length. Manufactured from alloy steel hardened to 60-65 HRC, it provides the wear resistance required for high-cycle drilling operations. The headless profile sits flush with the jig plate surface, making it suitable for applications where a protruding head would interfere with the workpiece or fixturing.

This liner bushing is used in precision drilling jigs across metalworking, fabrication, and toolroom environments. Installation Notes
